Dave Ducker

Team leader

Dave Ducker is Co-team leader at St Philip’s and is an ordained Baptist minister. He is married to Sarah and has three daughters.

Dave likes growing vegetables and DIY. He shares an allotment, is slowly converting a disused stable block and over lockdown managed to build a pizza oven.

Safeguarding Lead

Sarah Ducker is Co-team leader at St Philip’s with her husband Dave. She has just completed her Baptist ministerial training and will be ordained in the new year – hopefully not just in a virtual way!

Sarah loves being a mum of three daughters and is studying part time for a Masters with a focus on children’s spirituality. When there is some spare time she loves to read, sew, crochet or bake.

Heidi Franks

Administrator

Heidi Franks is St Philip’s administrator and Book-keeper. She started the role just before lockdown began and was thrown straight into the deep end of navigating technology in a new way!

Heidi loves to spend quality time with friends, go on walks in the Peaks, play boardgames, eat good food and in lockdown has found a new enjoyment for playing badminton.

Anna Mansergh

Leadership Team

Anna Mansergh is on St Philips leadership team and was part of the planting team. She is married with two boys.

Anna enjoys seeing the breakthroughs that only God can do out on the streets, in a ministry session or anywhere! She works presently with vulnerable women and as a piano teacher.

Ben Ashworth

Leadership Team

Ben Ashworth is on the leadership team and responsible for helping develop resources at St Philip’s. He works part time as a graphic designer.

Ben lives in Parson Cross and loves long walks, playing football and both cooking and eating food!

Jen Mickelborough

COMMUNIty families worker in S6

Jen Mickelborough is Community Families Worker for the S6 area.

Jen is married with two young children. She loves art and encouraging others in their creativity. Jen also enjoys nature with lots of walks and growing veg at her shared allotment.

Jo Edwards

COMMUNITY FAMILIES WoRKER IN PARSON CROSS

Jo Edwards is Community Families Worker at St Philip’s alongside her husband Jonny. They are based in Parson Cross where they live with their two kids.

Jo loves to bake, travel and explore new places and watch Ben Fogle’s New Lives in the Wild. She also loves gathering people in her home for a good feast, especially if it’s a good brunch!

Jonny Edwards

COMMUNITY FAMILIES WoRKER IN PARSON CROSS

Jonny shares the role of Community Families Worker in Parson Cross with his wife Jo.

Jonny also works for a youth homeless charity as a homeless advisor and in his spare time he loves travelling, playing and watching sport and enjoys cooking good food inspired by Masterchef.
